Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of abuse of our systems, whether intentional or unintentional and whether it involves Net2Air directly or one of our customers, please report it by email in the first instance to ab***@ne*****.co.
We try to respond to any abuse report within 4 working hours, but if that is not possible, then within one working day.
Complaints
If you have reason to complain about any aspect of Net2Air, or any Net2Air customer, please report it by email in the first instance to co********@ne*****.co.
We try to respond to any complaint on a ‘same working day’ basis, but if that is not possible, then within five working days.
